Talk:Minor Sigil of Water

I'm just slightly confused here, does this have the 10% chance to activate whenever you use a skill on that weapon, or whenever you use a weapon ability and have that weapon out? Example: You put it on a 1h Sword and have that sword in your offhand. Will it have a chance to activate for ANY weapon skill you use, or just when you use abilities 4 and 5?
