The miniatures 3-pack that included the Arctic Fox was a limited time promotion, it's not currently available. It may be made available again in the future, though, so keep an eye on the gem store. 04:40, 18 October 2014 (UTC)

I thought I would be able to buy it from someone in the market place but I guess I will just have to wait and see
