As of BWE#3, you do not have to be in line of sight of your target in order to hit it. Example: Target an arrow cart on top of a wall in WvW. Run around the wall until you are out of line of sight of the arrow cart, but are still in range. Using Mind Stab will still hit the arrow cart. This also worked for siege golems that retreated back behind the gate through the portal, but remained in range. Ravic 03:18, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
