As it's happened twice: A reminder that sic indicates that the wiki is reflecting the to-date language, however erroneous or odd it may be, as it is used in the game, and that such an error or oddity is not an introduction of the contributor. Until the actual tooltip for Lightning Surge actually says 'blinds', please leave it as is regardless of whatever spider sense that might be tingling. Redshift 18:23, 13 September 2011 (UTC)
