Easily the best downed attack, no? -Kal

It is a really good one if you get into a 1v1 downed battle. Not a particularly great one for assisting a teammate in getting a potential rally kill for you as the damage isn't huge and applies no conditions, but can give you a bit longer to delay bleed out assuming your team can prevent the stomp. Removed the "No scaling with healing power" because guess what: it does! Somewhere around 0.04 health per point of healing power, per tick. --199.126.175.115 23:32, 19 March 2013 (UTC)

tests as follows:

heals 206 per tick (don't ask how fast a tick is...) with 100 healing power and lists itself as 92 healing on tooltip.

heals 202 per tick with no healing power and still lists its tool tip as 92 healing. 67.233.98.18 01:00, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
