The effects listed such as exploiter and polluter are actually part of the Unstable Magic Abilities and are not constant every time the bounty is fought. Instead it seems the abilities are randomly determined from a pool of possible abilities each time the bounty comes up. Licht Sieger (talk) 07:23, 12 August 2017 (UTC)
