He's in the in one of the little attached shell houses in the top of the bottom quarter of the structure, in the SE of Gooloopa Deeps.
Or, if you swim to the bottom of the structure, to some fallen / broken wooden walkway-type thing, east of the structure, and face the structure, you'll see two of the shells attached to the structure facing you. He's in the higher one of those (its door faces the structure), swimming frantically around his parents, Killeekee and Joohan Honnaja 13:36, 26 July 2021 (UTC)
