Kits + Sigils = ?[edit]
Speaking of the Engineer kits, do the effects of sigils on your equipped weapons still apply if you use a kit? For example, if I have Sigil of Superior Hobbling on my rifle, and then use the Tool Kit, do my cripples still last 10% longer? Gnarf 17:10, 4 July 2012 (UTC)
