Think I found this peep in Ascalon, but the info page for the area doesn't include him.

The req level and quote name overlap, making the name largely illegable. Might be an interface size issue. I think the name may be '?layd Gutwrencher' -- but the first letter is utterly illegable, and the first name mostly a guess.
