Is this supposed to drop automatically as long as you have the collection unlocked, or is it RNG? I haven't been able to get an answer from anyone and I can't tell if it's bugged, or if I'm just a victim of RNG. 74.108.52.12 15:09, 30 November 2015 (UTC)crimm
