I've spotted this NPC around the area where Shadow Behemoth spawns, I couldn't screen shot her fast enough before she disappear, I'm not sure what caused her to spawn, I didn't know the record was so incomplete and since then I tried I several times to see her again to get a screen shot unfruitfully. The NPC is summoned with a skill, as stated in the article. ~Sime 16:23, 6 April 2024 (UTC)

An as I've mentioned in the "unsigned comment", the NPC I saw was the ghost alpha-blue version, not the fire version from the revenant skill, it was also running across the swamp before disappearing.
