Are these consumables or are they a one-time purchase? The wooden one gives +50 power but comes in a pack of 50 and appears to be a consumable item whereas this one costs 24 silver for just 1. As such I was wondering if thise one gets consumes after each cast as that would make things pretty expensive.

I'm not sure exactly how to do it (or I'd do it myself), but the table is missing a note. Both rows should state that the Local Legend mastery is required, as the vendor in the Thousand Seas Pavilion also requires it for purchase.
