It's used in every sunspear skin so far. No idea where it comes from. It looks like it should be a recipe inscription but the vendors don't have it at all. --97.104.193.206 23:13, 24 September 2017 (UTC)

I've been lead to believe it's bugged. The mordant crescent equivalent's recipe is available from heart vendors, as expected, this one is not. --97.104.193.206 00:33, 25 September 2017 (UTC)

It has been 'discovered' by my artificer. Surprisingly my weaponsmith does not have it. He had to 're-discover' it. This is the only recipe I know that needs rediscovering.
