Possible bug[edit]
Note that if an account has NOT completed the story step "repair the IG-6417, this item cannot be obtained. And that story step has a bug (accepting MULTIPLE copies of a single part instead of limiting acceptance to a SINGLE copy) that currently prevents accounts from completing it. --75.110.6.132 20:03, 9 June 2018 (UTC)
Incorrect statement in notes[edit]
The notes section says "You may safely sell this item as soon as you acquire it. Interaction with Inquest Consoles is based upon the unlock within the collection."
However, I believe this is false. I have the passcode unlocked, but it won't accept it. Unless someone can show that it works as written, I would like to remove that statement. Daddicus (talk) 19:15, 11 July 2019 (UTC)
I just confirmed that the notes section is true (at least in respect to item Module HR-874). I discarded the Inquest Passcode, interacted with the Inquest Terminal south of the Specimen Chamber. Was still able to download Module HR-874. However I immediately attempted to try again while the module was still in my inventory and received the message "Login failed. Report to security immediately for integrity assessment.". This error message is misleading, the real reason the terminal does not work is because I already have the module in my inventory. I do not believe the statement reference needs correction on this Wiki page. CubeFusion (talk) 14:34, 26 January 2021 (PST)
