Got mine from a Purist Necromancer in the darkness beneath Zen Daijun temple. Safe to assume any spirit can drop it, but maybe Ritualists drop it at a greater frequency?

Got mine from a trash Purist Thug Spirit while doing kill 24 purists daily and waiting for events near Derelict Temple.
