Item tied to once-a-day map reward?

This item did not drop for me when unlocking the Warmaster's Pack Collection AFTER having done the Auric Basin (Octovine) meta earlier that server day. I completed a subsequent successful Octovine after unlocking the collection and the item did not drop, neither from the Map Reward nor the first Grand Exalted Chest. It could be that this item is tied to the once-a-day reward for completing the meta (the same cap for the Hero's Choice chest), and thus, will not drop until I try again after server reset. Confirmed that after reset, the item dropped as part of the once-a-day Map Meta Complete reward bouncy chest Spltscreen (talk) 03:35, 10 September 2016 (UTC)
