Note Question

"The collections (Arrows, Food or Blankets) can be done in any order but requires completing the Help out around Mori Village to gain the trust of the tengu who live there renown heart to receive the achievement." Complete the heart before doing the collection? Or can you do the collection while you're doing the heart but you don't get credit until the heart is complete?
