I heard a rumor that the Fractal Spoon only drops from Fractals of 21 or higher level. Can anyone confirm? Vili 点 21:44, 9 October 2014 (UTC)

Got one a few days ago from a level 9 fractal off some random enemy, so I guess it can drop in any of them. Vili 点 06:50, 14 October 2014 (UTC)

Just got this spoon from a level 1 fractal. My first fractal actually, so it drops from any fractal of any level.
