The burn does indeed seem to scale with stats, since swapping between pvp amulets causes the damage from burning to fluctuate. I Was Milo 20:37, 24 September 2012 (UTC)
Rate of fire[edit]
The description doesn't include the rate of fire. I've found a source that suggests that it is 3 seconds --Dan Stevens 14:56, 12 October 2012 (UTC)
