Talk:Essence of the Celestial

This is the Faction Provisioner vendor for the Bastion of Strength. They have the Essence of Strength. Each of the Faction Provisioner vendors at each Bastion seem to have the Essence that corresponds with the Bastion. The Bastion of the Celestial doesn't have vendors. I checked the Faction Provisioner vendor at the Wizard's Tower to see if it was there, but no luck yet.
