Other way around actually, the event starts at Southern Bluff (towards the east side of the monastery) and Lau walks down to meet Yenna at Silent Surf. Agree that the article needs to be clearer on that front, added a short note to kick things off. Given enough time I'd also add the route of the event, but I've been pretty busy lately.
