Tested this in-game with the Mortar and it currently appears to have no effect on it. Tooltips and its actual range were unaffected. Have not had opportunity to test with the Supply Drop and Elixir X. Google brings up threads from the beta commenting on this. Neeran 10:22, 5 September 2012 (UTC)
