Possible bug: item not dropping after killing the Wurm boss

I'm on part 3 of the druid stone achievements (Sprouting the Druid Stone), and I have killed the Bloodstone-Charged Lava Wurm 4 times already (3 times on IP 157, 1 time on IP 85 just to test), but it hasn't dropped this collection item for me yet (though it counted for the daily wurm boss and also as 1 event for the daily 4 events).
I have killed the other 4 bosses already, and they each dropped their respective collection item on my first kill of them.
I submitted an ingame bug report too. Hopefully this problem is resolved before the current timegate (5 days) is over... --175.141.13.18 17:18, 5 May 2017 (UTC)

Hey, its possible that you are just extremly unlucky. I just did the boss and got the Element of the Wurm on the first time. Gandlos 19:30, 5 May 2017 (UTC)

I just killed the wurm again right after the patch (https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/info/updates/Game-Update-Notes-May-2-2017/6577373). It still refuses to drop this item for me. --175.141.13.18 23:08, 5 May 2017 (UTC)
