From what I heard some people can buy it from the fraction vendor but some (people like me) cannot. First i thought this is to buy it from the vendor in case you lost it somehow (deletion e.g.) According to people I asked, they can buy it already BUT they did not unlock it yet. It it purely unknown to me how to unlock this without the vendor.

I found [&AgEriAEA] in my inventory after obtaining Echo of the Obscure. This has the same name as this service, but I didn't check/screenshot it's description card. Trying to link it in chat produces an error message, but the API contains the description "Combine in the Mystic Forge with an Echo of Turai, an Ossa's Crusader Inscription, and an Essence of the Obscure to create a powerful artifact." So this item might be a different from the service item, as it isn't automatically consumed. PseudoNewb (talk) 09:39, 29 August 2023 (UTC)

Trophy and Service

There are two items with this name:

• The service that uses the description and hint used on this page and is consumed immediately upon receiving
• The trophy with the text as seen in the message above (Combine in the Mystic Forge...) that can be destroyed and bought again
