I think the Getting there section of this map page is incorrect. It reads "The portal is accessible once any character on the account has completed Act 4 of the End of Dragons story."

When I attempted (during Act 2 of the story) to enter the map, it gives the chat box reading "The Dragon's End map takes place after a point in the story that you have not reached. The map events will contain spoilers. Proceed?" and could enter before Act 4.

I can confirm the above feedback - you 100% CAN enter the area at any point in the story (I've only completed the EoD prologue). It only warns you that the events in this map will contain spoilers since you've not reached this part of the story, but you may proceed anyway by confirming.
