What are the criteria for receiving the item? 2015/11/27[edit]
I was able to receive the item by facing the Asura Gate while standing between the pillars right above the e in "The" (Upper City) and using /ponder. --Floodbars (talk) 23:18, 27 November 2015 (UTC)
