No chest, no follow-up[edit]
After killing the beast, there was no chest, no follow-up, and no dialogue. Standard quest -- with all the trouble to collect the items to trigger it, seems like there should be something else, but if there was, couldn't find it.
For reference, the creature is immune to fire and summons tons of fire embers, which drop loot that includes fire stones, carnelian lumps, ruby shards. 75.37.22.28 22:58, 16 March 2013 (UTC)

- according to the wiki page for the beast (Champion Mysterious Fire Creature), it drops a guilded strongbox. ~Banrigh 11/13/16 21:40:35 UTC
