Talk:Defeat the ambushers!

There are 6 events at specific map locations (reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/11eq69g/the_deadliest_thing_on_two_legs_ambush_locations/), and this page only looks at the individual event instead of the achievement.

Any objections to creating a separate achievement page (for a map) and linking it here for the specific event?

Unless the API can showcase which ambush you are missing (cannot test yet since I have not completed any event), there should be no issue just having it on this page -- we have interactive maps that support multiple points. ~Sime 16:38, 4 March 2023 (UTC)

? Bug: Wrong positions?

I've kileld ambushes att botth 3 adnd 6 multiplle times now and neither are registering for the ambush achievement number.

So I checked reddit and the forums, and apparently the achievements can bug out and might require multiple repeats before you get the achievement (with some people not being able to get them at all), mostly affecting the 3rd spot. The map is correct, so unfortunately it got bugged for you and you either have to repeat it till you get it or wait for bug fix. I will add a bug note to the event page for anyone else with the same issue. ~Sime 16:37, 8 March 2023 (UTC)
