This is pretty easy as long as you don't pull extra enemies. Target one at a time; when it turns 'green,' collect its weapon and bring it back to Byanca. If another single enemy attacks, use the weapon you acquired from the previous one to take it down, then turn that weapon in and come back for the second, saving a little time in this quest.

It takes seven or eight weapons turned in to complete this. Once it's done Byanca goes out to collect Bittersweet Omnomberries again, for Protect Byanca, and help her gather bittersweet omnomberries.--Gold Recluse 22:28, 16 April 2013 (UTC)
