List of cultural weapon (by NPC/City and by level)

I think it would be interesting to make a list of all cultural weapon offered by the few NPC that allow that, by NPC/Style, and by level (40,60,80 if I remember well)

I think of that yesterday when I go search a Gold Ebonguard Dagger, lvl 80, for 65000 Karma. I would have like to know all of my possibilities but could only remember the Seraphin gold dagger and EbonGuard gold dagger.

Not only skin, but also the bonus of the weapon change between those kind of "super karma weapon". I dont' think there is that much NPC offering top weapon against high amount of Karma, so it shouldn't be difficult.

I could probably begin it myself but I'm really bad at making something in a wiki, and I don't have much time in hand anyway.
