This NPC doesn't seem to be be around Gavbeorn's Landing outpost or anywhere around the Winterknell Shore area when the listed event isn't active.

According to the current documentation of this NPC, the description implies that the NPC appears and is seen in the area only during the event. If that's truly the case, it should be specified in the locations section. Vysnaite (talk) 16:29, 16 January 2025 (UTC)
