I got this achievement last night, the golden fractal crate allows you to pick a weapon, it is not a random one. --Irisol (talk) 13:04, 28 April 2017 (UTC)

Was the weapon exotic or ascended? If ascended it might have been switched to the ascended crate at some point. Otherwise I guess it would be a different ID crate --Gimmethegepgun (talk) 13:26, 28 April 2017 (UTC)

When doing dailies, specifically selected 86, because I want to earn Fractal Master, and this is the only one I have left. But after completing, it didn't give me the achieve. Could this be because the daily switches you to 93? Or is it more likely that one of the other party members switched the fractal to 93 when I wasn't paying attention? --VVong|BA 20:09, 4 February 2023 (UTC)
