Why is the picture of her in caledon forest still here? Wasnt the one in caledon forest removed?

Krait witch infos needed

I saw some youtube videos (2012 & 2013) of some soloers where the witch:
1) do not create chaos storms
2) do not summon minions
3) wasnt prevented to do 1) or 2) with rupts
Are they exploiting the IA or have the krait witch been updated during / after 2013 ?
