Easily soloable with Scourge w/ minions, however can take 15min or so if you can't find people to help you. Be sure to have Desert Empowerment, sit back and let minions stay close to boss, and spam barrier regularly Because this boss doesn't do much damage, your barriers should absorb almost all of it.
