I have yet to be convinced that salvaging exotic weapons will yield this inscription. Today I salvaged 25 exotic cavalier weapons with Black Lion Salvage Kits and did not get an inscription. I gave up because this was rather a lot of gold. December 6, 2015, Anonymous
