Making a Tray of ice cream

Unlike other cooking consumables, ice cream cannot be combined in the Mystic Forge with Bottles of Elonian Wine, Mystic Coins and Crystals to make a recipe which can be learned to create trays or buffets. Tooltip Discrepancy

Although the tooltip says "+15% Experience", should it be noted that this does not cover experience from all sources? I tested this recently with a few toons and this did not give extra for mapping or gathering, only for kills. ~Miss Lana 13:29, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
