I got one from a Toxic Ooze over by the water pumping station/Apprentice Jameson. I killed 30-40 of them before even getting one though. Most of the time the oozes dropped plain old "bone" instead, which is not even salvageable. I have only found these oozes in the area during the "bring blobs of toxin to Apprentice Jameson" event.99.102.220.31 19:31, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
I got some from undead in Caledon forest. A theory might be that all undead in lower level areas/low level undead drop this, but I have in no way confirmed it.
