This character i s a reference to the podcast 372 Pages We'll Never Get Back. They read the book "The Mister" where a character named Bleriana is mentioned as a victim of human trafficking (along with the main female character), and then she is not referenced again through the rest of the book. The hosts of the podcast have made a running joke about Bleriana being forgotten. The developer who added this NPC emailed the podcast hosts to confirm the reference! Episode 150.
