In-game effects

Anyone know what this does? Just an effect replacing the "Uneasy" (can't remember the name, represented by a purple swirl on a black background in the effect bar) that appears whenever Eparch is around or is it an actual stat/damage boost? VectorSomething (talk) 08:38, 31 May 2024 (UTC)

If I remember correctly the effect is just fluff that is applied to the player that is applied when isgaren shows up. Eleria (talk) 20:42, 31 May 2024 (UTC)
