It took me about 5 minutes to catch it in the grotto fishing spots by Saint Anjeka's Shirine. I also caught 2 black carp, 3 knifefish and 2 Petrifish. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.147.74.42 (talk) at 12:38, 8 April 2022 (UTC).

- I think, in this particular case, less is more. With high fishing power, I was unable to catch anything other than Petrifish, but when I removed my bonuses, I got it on the second try. » Keneth O'Connor, 07:49, 22 August 2022 (UTC)
New User: Currently seeking this fish for the same collection/weapon.I have gone through over 200 lures trying to catch it to no avail. I am trying to understand the fun part in this? I have seen a huge amount of complaints on the forums about fishing in general but especially this one. What does it take, other than someone making too much gold, for things to get changed? Is there a trick to this? Some people say glow worms at night, others, high fishing power. I wish they would explain these better in the wiki. I am always having to do homework just to play a game.
