Morgan's Spiral is the name of the zone, and he drops from the sky in that zone. So yes, he is at the spiral until he travels into the Nightmare Court territory. Amurense 01:57, 2 February 2013 (UTC)

Is there anyway to make him pop? Are there quests prior to this that need to be done to "set him off"? Thanks Demeric 15:06, 17 February 2013 (UTC)

It is random as far as I know. He randomly drops for the sky and crashes south of the spiral. He may or may not come at the same times as the other event near the spiral, where the risen are invading. I used to idle there so I could find out as much as I could about the zone back when I was editing the page, and I never noticed any way of activating any of the events.
