I got the achievement item from an event in the Cellar of Arcana. There is a short event chain with Uenno. The first event is "Navigate Isgarren's Wards". When you complete that, you go through a portal with Uenno and her team. There isn't an event name for the portion where you're escorting her. When you get to the Cellar of Arcana, a new event starts for "Defeat the mysterious entity". Completing that event gave me the item. Sophianne Persephoni Ming (talk) 05:43, 31 August 2023 (UTC)
