Portal Weaving is a 60-second effect granted upon using Portal Entrance with a Watchwork Portal Device or a White Mantle Portal Device. Portal Exit can be used before the effect expires.

It is a separate effect to Portal Weaving and is possible for a mesmer to have both effects active.
