Portal Uses is a 10-second effect granted upon using Portal Exeunt. The effect has 20 charges, marking the number of times allies of the source player can use the portals.

It is a separate effect to Portal Uses (Watchwork Portal Device) and is possible for a mesmer to have both effects active.
