In fact, even if you ARE the artist, it's still illegal because you've commercially licensed it as per RedBubble's licensing terms. So yeah, deleting. 21:05, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

If you read [2] you can see that the artist can re-release it in any way she/he pleases because the artist is in essence "employing" Redbubble as a non-exclusive agent. Also near the top it also says the artist retains all copyrights to the uploaded content. Because it's a non-exclusive license to redbubble, it's okay if the artist decides to license it anywhere else as long as they are also non-exclusive. --Lania 21:18, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

Ah, I was only looking at the Licensing Agreement on their privacy policy or whatever, which lacked the key word "non-exclusive." Good thing I was wise enough to keep the talk page. 22:41, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
