This icon is identical (or almost) to that of Great Helm. Mediggo 14:06, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
- They should still be kept separate. Partly because it's a pain in the bum to update everything if any of the icons were to change, if the icon was shared. Mainly however it's for {{item icon}} to work without ugly hacks and overrides. — Rhoot

- It's entirely possible that this isn't the correct icon for Nightmare Helmet anyway - looking at Nightmare armor, the heavy icons don't have the red aura that the others do. The heavy nightmare icons we currently have were probably just placeholders. —Dr Ishmael
