Originally it was named as what it's id was in the .dat I believe. The item this icon came from is still in the API as ???, and since at the time using "?" in page names broke things, we just gave it anything that wouldn't break the wiki. So technically, the items do have a names, just not ones that are wiki safe so "unknown item" is perfectly fine in this case. - Do_odleplex 22:15, 21 November 2018 (UTC)
