You should have paid attention to the notice when you uploaded the new version:

Note on updating existing images: DO NOT re-upload or revert your new version if it doesn't display immediately. This happens because the old version is cached in your browser and on the wiki server. To resolve this, purge the wiki's cache by clicking the "refresh" tab at the top of the page, then force-refresh your browser's cache by typing Ctrl+R or Ctrl+F5.
