Unforunately the cutscene "Deimos's arrival" is a pre-rendered video that is low resolution and has compression noise, so it is unaffected by changing game settings and therefore not possible to get a higher resolution screenshot of the cutscene unless ArenaNet provide a better quality cutscene video.
