I just found three more (making a total of 29):

1. In the rocks to the north side of the path on the east side of the bridge south of Claw Island Portage waypoint (on the way to the lighthouse).
2. In the Crow's Nest Tavern, just south of the PoI icon.
3. In the nameless tavern above the Mystic Forge, just west of the PoI icon.

Also, 6 more pumpkins:

1. On the beach below Deverol Island.
2. To the right of the bridge betweeen Trader's Forum and Grand Plaza.
3. Near the rocks, that lies on the beach right between the Karma merchant on the White Crane Terrace and Diverse Ledges Waypoint.
4. On the walls of the Fort Marriner.
5. Right on the rock vith vista below Eastern Ward Waypoint.
6. Commodore's Manor tavern - near the PoI.

Confirmed. In the Orden of Whisper's Headquters, next to the stairs to the tavern. I've definitely looked there, might have forgotten :( --Malgalad
